Howell is a 1988 @ncstatechass graduate and served as student body president during his senior year. The appointment was announced by 宅男视频官网APP of North Carolina President Peter Hans on Tuesday, March 18, following approval by the UNC Board of Governors. Howell will assume his duties on May 5, 2025.
